LISTSERV 16.5 is now available and includes new features to help with the data retrieval and security requirements encompassed by the EU GDPR and US DHS BOD 18-01. Customers can download LISTSERV 16.5 on the L-Soft website. ListPlex hosting customers are upgraded automatically to the latest software version.

LISTSERV Maestro 8.2-2 is now available and comes with new features related to EU GDPR compliance, including a new email address data report to more easily handle rules like "Right of Access" and "Right to Erasure" and a new subscriber list profile field to collect, store and document explicit consent from subscribers.

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which takes effect May 25th, requires, among other things, that an organization must be able to provide on demand a report in a common machine-readable format (such as XML) that lists every instance of a customer's personal data held by that organization. L-Soft has developed a Microsoft PowerShell-based script to assist you with this process.
